Lawn Watering Restrictions in Place

Watering is restricted to two (2) days a week using the following watering schedule.

The last digit of the address shall determine the authorized watering date.

To help offset high water usage times, no watering will be allowed between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Please be mindful to not over water on your watering day.

Hand watering gardens, plants, or trees will continue to be permitted.

Special watering permits for new lawns and new seeding can be applied for at City Hall – 226 Kasan Ave on a case-by-case basis.

0, 1, 2 Monday
3, 4, 5 Tuesday
6, 7, 8, 9 Wednesday
0, 1, 2 Thursday
3, 4, 5 Friday
6, 7, 8, 9 Saturday
No Watering Allowed Sunday

No lawn watering allowed between 6:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m.

The City is currently constructing two new wells but these new wells will not be online until mid to late summer. The City’s new water tower is also under construction and will not be online until mid to late fall. The May 2022 derecho, supply chain issues, and other circumstances prevented the water tower and wells from being completed in 2022.
